Join Bistro Aix in their beautiful private dining rooms for a fun "summer style" winemaker dinner featuring a wide selection of Margerum wines and a sophisticated picnic-inspired menu from Chef Tom and his team.
Start off with Margerum’s Pinot Gris along side a variety of passed hors d’oeuvre "salads". Then enjoy the Margerum "Sybarite" Sauvignon Blanc served with a fresh Heirloom Tomato & Watermelon Panzanella. A Grilled Fish and Farm Vegetable dish will be served with the Chukker Cabernet Franc blend, followed by the Margerum M5 Syrah blend and an Eden Farms Pork Spare Ribs entree. For dessert, the Picho "Reserve" Cabernet Sauvignon will be paired with Housemade S’mores.
You will enjoy the opportunity to spend the evening with Doug, winemaker of Margerum Wine Co. and former restaurateur of the famed Wine Cask restaurant in Santa Barbara (a Wine Spectator Grand Award Winner since 1994). Learn about his personal and handcrafted approach to winemaking as well as his philosophy that, "wine is good living"!
Tickets for this fantastic picnic feast are $85 (plus tax and gratuity). ONYX room reception begins at 7pm, followed by dinner at 7:30pm in the private dining rooms. Please email the Bistro AIX Catering Coordinator at firstname.lastname@example.org, or contact via telephone at 904-398-1949 for ticket purchase and details. This entry was posted in Events and tagged Bistro Aix, Santa Barbara, Wine Dinner.
