Fresh Oysters from Apalachicola baked with basil, parmesan, Pernod, and cream to showcase our favorite mollusk
(Paired with Luna Argenta Prosecco)

 

Stuffed Shrimp
Jumbo Shrimp stuffed with a Scallop mouse, then encrusted in Panko breadcrumbs. Sautéed, then finished with a wasabi aioli
(Paired with Les Grands Presbyteres Muscadet)

 

Grilled Green Bean Salad
Served with an Asian dressing
