It’s about time hyper-decanting was given the recognition the recognition it deserves!

For those of you that aren’t in the loop, hyper-decanting is quite simply the process of pouring a whole bottle of wine (red or white) into a food processor, turning it to the appropriate setting for an “adequate” length of time (whipping it into a foamy/frothy frenzy), letting the foam settle and then serving.
The resulting product has been shown to drastically improve the flavor of every wine it’s applied to.

Putting the Family Back in Family Dinners.Research conducted at the National Center on Addiction and Substance Abuse (CASA) at Columbia University has found that compared to teens who have frequent family dinners (five to seven per week), those who have infrequent family dinners (fewer than three per week) are almost four times likelier to use tobacco; more than twice as likely to use alcohol; two-and-a-half times likelier to use marijuana; and almost four times likelier to say they expect to try drugs in the future.

A Toast to Champagne Infographic

I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again: you (we) don’t drink enough Champagne!
Understanding sparkling wine can be a slight nightmare though, as there’s about 5 different to give a wine its bubbles, not to even mention all the history details! Luckily the nice people at wine.com have put together this great little Champagne infographic for people looking to learn a little more about true Champagne. If after studying this whole thing from start to finish you can tell me that you don’t want a glass of bubbles, I’ll just outright call you a liar…
