When asked when she drinks Champagne, Madam Lilly Bollinger replied;

Please not that I don’t claim to be any type of “social media guru”, (there are already far too many of them coming out of the woodwork right now), but what follows is what I have learnt from my own personal experiences throughout the Twitterverse.
Here are some of the words you’ll see around a little:
mistweet: a tweet in which one later regrets
tweeple: Twitter people, Twitter members, Twitter users.
tweeps: Twitter people that follow each other from one social media/network to another.
tweetup: when twitterers meet in person – a Twitter meet up.
twitosphere: the community of twepple.
twitterer: a user of Twitter (compare: tweeter).
twittering: to send a Twitter message.

This year’s 15th annual WineQuest series will have four events – a grand tasting with 200 wines from around the world, a farm-to-table five-course wine dinner, a garden brunch at Primo Orlando, and a golf tournament – taking place June 10-12, 2011, at Grande Lakes Orlando resort.

I’ve been trying to convince Mrs. Chislett to eat more Salmon, I personally LOVE IT, but for some reason she has always had an aversion to it. Maybe it’s an English thing on my part! Salmon seems to be a much more prevalent menu item over there!
I actually chose the wine first for this pairing, and then selected the recipe to match. The Triennes Provence Rose is a joint project between Michel Macaux and Aubert de Villaine, yes THE Aubert de Villaine of Domaine de Romanee Conti fame (for all you wine nerds out there).
The wine is made from Cinsault [SaN-so], a grape which you don’t tend to see too much in unblended form. It’s heavily planted in Southern France, and was famously crossed with Pinot Noir to create the South African Pinotage grape variety.
Provence is a wine region located in the far South-Eastern part of France, and is best known for roses, its warm climate, and wines which generally represent great value for money.
