Sure! Why not! Thanksgiving comes but once a year, and wine writers around the world rejoice at the chance to write ANOTHER article on the subject on pairing wine with this festive meal!!!
Ok, so maybe my English sarcasm is getting the better of me. However even I can’t ignore the fact that on Thanksgiving their is by far the largest volume of wine consumed in the U.S. than any other day of the year!
I’m going to approach the subject a little differently than the rest, and instead of telling you what to drink, I’m going to show you what I will be drinking on Thanksgiving. You can make up your own mind up from there!
Zinfandel is a great option for Thanksgiving, full-bodied and ups the intensity from most other red wines, while still maintaining a balancing effect with many traditional Thanksgiving side dishes. The Seven Deadly Zins is a great wine choice for those looking for a heartier red with the capacity to accommodate spice, bitter and sweet flavor profiles. Seven Deadly is readily available from most larger wine stores.

Whilst not certified organic, the winemaking brothers Michael and David Philips do everything they can to use all natural methods in the production of this wine.
Seven Heavenly Chardonnay is positioned as a sister-wine to the Seven Deadly Zins which the Michael David Winery also produces.
